Bryce Killen is a licensed attorney and experienced legal professional who is passionate about creating innovative and cost effective solutions to legal challenges. Bryce provides client-focused general counsel and litigation services with an emphasis on small business and corporate issues. In 2016, Bryce joined forces with Daniella Felix, and formed Felix & Killen, Attorneys at Law, to serve the Santa Barbara and Carpinteria areas. Felix & Killen provides excellent legal services across a range of practice areas including family law and divorce civil litigation and corporate formation. Bryce’s practice focuses on the needs of small businesses and entrepreneurs, with an emphasis on cannabis industry compliance and development. Currently serving clients across California, Bryce can help you understand the new laws regarding medical and non-medical cannabis, and keep up with changing regulations as they roll out. Bryce provides sound, conservative legal counsel in this rapidly developing industry on issues ranging from corporate formation to location and licensing to continuing compliance. Bryce is a graduate of the University of Texas Austin (BS ’99), San Francisco State University (Paralegal Studies ’07), and the Santa Barbara College of Law (JD ’15). He is also member of the California State Bar, Santa Barbara County Bar Association, and the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. Bryce serves on the board of directors of the Carpinteria Morning Rotary Club, and also enjoys volunteering in his community, spending time with his wife and two children, going to the beach, barbequing and brewing beer.
