I have 3 years experience in machining and 2 years experience as a tool and die maker I have skills in manual G-coding and conversational programming, I know how to run operate and program a DMU 75 on a Siemens controller I also know Fanuc controlling and operating, I can setup and operate a wire/sinker EDM, manual mill and manual lathe proficiently, the tolerances I can hit and work with are +-.1mm and all the way down to -.005mm, I have experience running a surface grinder to hit these tolerances. Some of the equipment I make right now is hydroforming tooling, press form tooling, extrusion tooling, and burnishing tooling. I also have 2 years of Fusion 360 Programming experience as well as design and modeling.
