· Report to the Director, DLA Disposition Services on all reserve matters, ensuring seamless coordination and support for reservists.· Integral liaison officer position, facilitating effective communication between GS civilians and military leaders, fostering collaboration and synergy within the organization.· Engage in nationwide travel to reservist drill sites, providing hands-on evaluation and observation of reservist drill weekend activities, while also contributing expertise to overseas exercises, enhancing operational readiness and efficiency.

· Attended courses including Supply Management (Ordering/Tracking Repair Parts, etc.), Food Service (Maintaining Sanitary and Desirable Food Service Environments, etc.), Retail Operations (Inventory/Marketing etc.), Disbursing (Accounting/Bookkeeping etc.), and Leadership Management (Leadership/Teamwork).

· Coordinated crew responsibilities in simulated drills and studied communications systems aboard the E-6 Mercury in order to obtain a broad understanding of their functionality and perform a managerial role in nuclear deterrence.

· Attended Navy flight school. Trained to pilot small aircraft, Performed additional training in simulations and military aircraft. Demonstrated basic proficiency in navigation, use of communications systems and weapons on Naval aircraft.

· Commissioned through Officer Candidate School. Followed precise instructions while under extreme pressure at all moments throughout time spent at OCS.

· Own and absentee manage a portfolio of residential real estate properties located in Florida and Oklahoma. The objective is always to improve the quality of available housing inventory and raise the standard of living for members of the community. Projects have included complete electrical system replacement, plumbing and sewer line replacement, painting, flooring, insulation, roofing, landscaping and marketing for rent or sale.

· Acquired brand at cost of inventory. Sold profitably for three years. Discontinued due to a variety of issues that arose:1. The business name and brand slogan could not be trademarked successfully.2. Amazon lawyers requested that the product generating the majority of revenue be discontinued after their acquisition of Whole Foods Market. 3. Orders were fulfilled by Amazon warehouses. Amazon did not take responsibility for fulfillment issues that they caused. · The brand was not created in a way that allowed for protection of its identity and was overly reliant on one platform as its primary sales channel. In the future I intend to start a brand that achieves the majority of its sales through its own site, and one in which I have ultimate authority over as many aspects of the business as possible.

· Nurding LLC was my first business and was created with no business plan or vision. The name "Nurding" was chosen to be as broad as possible, due to the products sold being entirely unrelated. All products were selected based on the level of competition in their respective market segments. The first product was a bamboo monitor stand. 500 units were purchased from a factory in Shenzhen, China, to be shipped across the planet and sold in the United States. These were not packaged properly by the manufacturer and many broke in transit to customers. I had not had the manufacturer send me a sample in its ultimate packaging, or customized the packaging to provide for a better customer experience. Additionally, I had not spent extra money on building as enticing of a product listing as possible, or building my own website through which to sell the inventory. Eventually, all units were sold.· The second product was a foot rest cushion ordered from a different factory in China and this product saw immediate success. While I did not pay a company to take product photos, I personally took hundreds from every possible angle until finding the right one, then learned photoshop in order to edit them. This product would go on to produce about $200,000 in revenue, but it never achieved real sustainable profitability due to a variety of mistakes that were my fault. First, I did not build enough of a brand, or really any brand, for the product. It was also overly reliant on Amazon, which it used for shipping, advertising, marketing, etc. The death of the product stemmed from my innovative idea of vacuum packaging the cushions in order to save on both shipping from China to the United States, and shipping from warehouses in the United States to customers. The idea worked, but made the cushions perishable, as after a certain amount of time the foam would not expand properly. This caused the accrual of poor product reviews and a need for me to personally repackage 2000 units.

· Assisted with class preparation and grading (resumes, cover letters, other writing assignments).· Maintained regular office hours to respond to student questions about assignment grades.· Coordinated class sessions associated with Fridays in Austin and the Career Success Center.

· Supported the daily pick up of a variety of materials on campus, including special requests, cardboard and surplus.· Drove state owned vehicles and performed numerous duties to aid the university in its sustainability efforts,· Assisted the Recycling Manager to process recycling in a warehouse. This includes sorting, cleaning and staging various recycling materials for resale.

· Screened and marketed technologies and business concepts for potential commercial use. Evaluated the commercialization potential of business concepts originating from the Oregon State University community.· Researched intellectual property landscape and potential patentability of new technologies or business concepts.· Created a more detailed financial analysis and business plan for concepts that demonstrated promise for commercialization.
