Lead Customer Success initiatives and enable technical sales and company operations:• Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading seamless deployments and providing technical support• Create effective onboarding processes and resource libraries to enhance client experience• Develop sales collateral and lead product demos to communicate value propositions• Streamline internal operations by centralizing resources and improving communications across teams

Lead development and delivery of educational content across departments, including:• Managing customer knowledge base, in-product education, and online training certification• Overseeing internal onboarding, ongoing training, and sales enablement to ensure alignment• Creating research-based resources (e.g., whitepapers, blogs, webinars) and coordinating cross-departmentally on new product and industry updates

Manage customer accounts in sports (MLB, NFL, NCAA, EPL), military, and private sectors to ensure technical proficiency and meet KPIs for enhanced customer experience.• Lead technology rollouts for organizations of all sizes• Deliver in-person and virtual training, education, and consulting• Foster and strengthen relationships within customer organizations

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for 13 varsity sports and 300+ athletes.• Oversee weight room operations, scheduling, and internship program• Collaborate with Athletic Administration, Coaches, and Sports Medicine teams
