Responsible for sourcing acquisition opportunities, internal and external team management, project management, underwriting, deal structuring, government relations, negotiating, financing and closing.

Integral member of the Festival Companies Executive Team (Festival Development Corporation and the Festival Retail Fund partnership with Goldman Sachs) reporting directly to the firm's principals. Responsible for all aspects of investments, acquisitions, and development for the firm. Involved from the inception with the Goldman Sachs to form and implement the Festival Retail Fund; a fund designed to make investments in retail assets totaling $800M through acquisitions and joint venture partnerships. Primary focus to source “value add” and “opportunistic” acquisitions through off market transactions to achieve target internal rates of return in excess of 20%. Sourced, negotiated, underwrote, and financed joint venture opportunities and agreements for retail development with equity investment partners (private and institutional) and through public private partnerships. Responsible for public presentations to garner agency support for necessary public assistance and development agreements.
