This included developing a contract management strategy that protected the Canadian taxpayers by successful resolution of disputes.Always keeping the best interest of Canadian taxpayers in mind, I worked tirelessly to knock down barriers to keep the project on track. This was done by developing good relationships at all levels – especially with our parent company – Bridging North America. Oversight also included in-field inspections, discussions with all staff to ensure progress and that all construction materials met contract requirements and standards.This level of commitment helped us earn numerous local, national and international awards from industry-respected organizations including P3 Bulletin, the University of Windsor, the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnership, IJGlobal and the Canadian Public Relations Society. They all recognized and awarded WDBA at the excellence level in what we do and how we do it. Our project has been named in international case studies and held in high regard as best-in-class.
