Learn more about how we can work together at Aerotek.com.•Recruit for Finance, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Mortgage, and Pharmaceutical industries•Manage all communication/correspondence acting as a liaison•Responsible for managing and building continuous relationships with employees and clients•Utilized a proprietary applicant tracking system, Recruiter Workspace (RWS), to source and track potential applicants from beginning to end•Develop search strategies, target lists, sourcing, networking and recruiting calls •Identify diverse, top level procurement talent within the nationwide market utilizing methods which included direct sourcing, networking, job boards, referrals, on line resources & professional associations•Direct and managed full cycle recruiting efforts including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation and screening, interview process, offer negotiations, close process & new hire on boarding•Conduct interview screening process following firm guidelines and legal requirements•Manage administrative components of interview process such as employment applications, scheduling interviews & background checks•Assess talent and make hiring recommendations
