Adept at creating proposals, statements of work, RFP and tender responses.Recent solutions presented and delivered to customers include:- A number of 150+ seat productivity and mobility solutions underpinned by Office 365 - On premise server workload migrations into Azure- Identity and Access Management solutions based on Azure AD Premium- Desktop and app deployment solutions utilising IaaS with RDS, App-V and Citrix

Continually adapting to new technologies making them relevant to our customers. Engaging customers end-to-end, from pre-sales solution design and proposals to implementation and operational support, specialising in a broad range of Cloud platforms including Office 365, Azure and Telstra's Cloud platforms. Contributed to achieving Sales team target. This role is extremely dynamic and customer-centric involving creating best-of-breed Cloud solutions to fit customer needs. A quick appreciation of both understanding what the customer wants to achieve and the relevant technologies to enable them is required. The industry verticals with great success are Finance, Logistics, Education, Health and Retail.Additionally, as Byte's Office 365 SME and Product Champion, developed template proposals and effort checklists/calculators to help streamline the sales and delivery processes for Office 365 projects, resulting in increased efficiency and effectiveness of our Office 365 project delivery with many customer success stories. Lead a number of Office 365 projects from small implementations to 7000+ seat Enterprise engagements, bringing strong skills in the areas of:- Identity Management, using Azure AD- Local AD Synchronization- ADFS Deployment and Management- Hybrid Exchange SolutionsRecent projects:- Multiple Office 365 mail migrations using various migration methods (40 - 7000 seats)- On premise to Cloud transitions (IaaS and SasS)

As a member of Byte's Managed Services Team, developed an agile, outside-the-box style problem solving approach through supporting a variety of IT systems and clientele. These ranged from Small on premise environments to Medium sized National Enterprises with Cloud solutions. Our goal in Managed Services was to perform the sole IT function for these organisations, managing and improving their IT systems whilst supporting the end-users. During this position, became champion for one of Byte's largest clients, developing a strong relationship with the IT team while learning their business functions to support core line of business applications. Additionally, solely responsible for maturing the operational function of the team which involved securing and monitoring client IT infrastructure.
