Program Coordinator for Lifetime Ewe Management (LTEM) in Western Australia.Worked with program trainers across Western Australia to deliver the LTEM course to sheep producers to improve breeding objectives and optimise lambing and wool production.- Increased participation rates of WA sheep producers in LTEM course by 200% through facilitating the establishment of groups across the state and partnering them with a certified trainer.- Supported trainers in delivery of the course to enrolled producers.- Presented to industry forums on course outcomes for previous participants.- Developed marketing and subsidy programs to encourage participation.- Organised and ran professional development courses to certify new trainers and to upskill current trainers.- Undertook feedback surveys with participants during and at the completion of their course to understand how the course has impacted their flock management and improved their production.- Analysed participant feedback to develop an understanding of state-wide impact of the LTEM course.- Completed a report with analysis outcomes and provided recommendations on how to continue to increase participation rates in the state.- Supported the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Developent’s Sheep Industry Business Innovation in wider program objectives, including event coordination, industry extension, and supply chain development
