Duties:• Management of the Industrial team (9 contracts managers / 1300 indirect reports).• Net Revenue Growth• Achievement of Service Standards and implementation of the quality system• Accountable for managing and contributing to the achievement of Branch, Divisional &Corporate objectives.• Controlling the operational aspects for the team.• Ensuring uniformity of procedures, policies and systems.• The role involves planning, conceptualising, co-ordinating, organising, analysing, measuring and on the job training to ensure the desired results are achieved from their team members.• Responsible for undertaking own permanent recruitment • Consulting and meeting discrete Net Billing targets as set by the Drake Management Team.• Provide clients with a quality temporary staff industrial placement service.• New business development.• Servicing of existing accounts.• Effective cost control for the division• Increase the awareness and visibility of drake in the market.• Marketing through telesales, cold canvassing, and telephonic and face-to-face client liaison.• Presentations to prospective clients.• Develop and evaluate job orders.• General office administration.• Understand and explain terms and condition fee structure on corporate and boardroom level.• Advise and / or make recommendations to clients on staff requirements.• Advising customers on relevant labour law.• Source and screening suitable applicants.• Market prospective candidates.• Interview and assess candidate’s competencies and qualifications.• Achieving set target and subsequent statistical requirements efficiently as set by Management.• Manage staffing requirements / Recruitment for 4 customer sites. Screen applicants, site induction, disciplinary action, HR & IR for all Drake Staff onsite.• Prepare documentation and represent at CCMA / DRC.
