Dr. Brye Moss is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern practicing in the South Florida area since 2020. Brye holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Doctorate of Marriage and Family Therapy (D.M.F.T). Originally from a small rural town in South Carolina, Brye moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2019 to pursue her graduate training in a more diverse setting. Since then, Brye has delighted in meeting and working with people from all walks of life, and she is increasingly compelled by the idea that universal elements of humanity undergird abundant diversity.Brye approaches therapeutic practice from a systems thinking orientation. Her primary modality is Bowen Family Systems Theory, which emphasizes multigenerational processes as well as humanity's relationship to the rest of the living world. Brye also incorporates elements of narrative and solution-focused practice in her therapeutic approach.
