Role Consists of:- Creating and maintaining a reputation for a luxury brand.- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.Process telephone and online orders. - Work closely with dispatch to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner.- Process payments and credits.- Coordinate and track Australia Post and TOLL Courier consignments.- Ensuring quick response time and quality customer experience. - Respond to customer complaints/compliments, ensuring a detailed complaints log is maintained.
