Role Consists of:- Creating and maintaining a reputation for a luxury brand.- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.Process telephone and online orders. - Work closely with dispatch to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner.- Process payments and credits.- Coordinate and track Australia Post and TOLL Courier consignments.- Ensuring quick response time and quality customer experience. - Respond to customer complaints/compliments, ensuring a detailed complaints log is maintained.

Role Consists of: - Being the point of contact for the Pana Chocolate Sales Team and Wholesale Stockists for all processes related to Chocolate sales and invoicing.- Managing a team of two Customer Relations Assistants. - International ordering for Dubai, Hong Kong, Japan, UK and Malaysia.

Zomato is the best way to search great restaurants to create amazing experiences.- Accountable for managing over 50 accounts and their digital advertising campaigns- Being the point of contact for Sales Managers for all processes related to advertising and invoicing for teams in Melbourne and Brisbane- Monitor and measure effectiveness of digital campaigns by building and analysing performance reports- Tracking sales revenue at the close of each cycle against forecasted revenue- Work supporting the finance team to ensure all payments are processed and revenue is met- Creating the operational processes behind campaign creation and management- Maintain databases & files of all client collateral- Ongoing communication to head-office in India

Zomato is the best way to search great restaurants to create amazing experiences.- Advising clients on relevant and impactful marketing communication to be displayed on their advertising space on Zomato.- Helping restaurants to market themselves better by selling advertising space to them on Zomato.- Managing end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection, graphic design support, campaign activation's & result tracking.- Effectively searching for prospective clients and generating sales leads.

Conduct an extensive induction of all areas and roles in the company.Thoroughly train all new staff members on the POS System and provide industry insights on specific products to staff and customers.Conduct refresher courses for all Employees, alongside delegating day to day tasks and overseeing an appointed area of the business.Deal directly with any staff grievances and provide training on the best method for communication with customers and other employees.

Direct customer service and product advice to both retail and trade customers. This involves extensive product knowledge and continuous training for store products.Invoicing and generating quotations, setting up trade accounts, maintaining accurate trade customer information for the database, and answering the phone resulting in direct problem solving.

Responsible for a team of staff for on shifts that I was allocated. Specific responsibilities for the role included: time management, delegating tasks, staff training and cash reconciliation.This position helped develop my strong leadership skills and my ability to communicate effectively to a team.
