Bryn has been a qualified coach since 2011 when he qualified as a new ILM 5 Coach and Mentor. Over the last ten years he has been an active participant in the Suffolk Coaching and Mentoring Partnership established by Suffolk’s councils and other public sector bodies.Bryn has coached colleagues across local government in Suffolk. His coaching and mentoring activities have included students on the graduate training programme, staff who have been identified as high achieving and are seeking to move onto more senior roles and existing Chief Officers.Bryn brings a wealth of experience as a senior manager to his coaching having worked for seven local government bodies.
