Promoted from initial responsibilities managing LATAM regions to manage products across all new expansion regions including South-East Asia, the Middle-East and Africa.-Primarily responsible for project oversight, documenting requirements and mapping integrations for above regions, working with secure financial data and sensitive business information.-Liaising with senior stakeholders across all international divisions of Greensill to document the requirements of new supply chain finance systems for each expansion country. -Writing complex technical documentation for financial institutions, implementing agile working processes and supporting global engineering teams.

Joined as the sole full-time Product Manager within the organisation for delivering product specifications, data-driven requirements and roadmap for all new products. -Working alongside clients to understand their key issues and goals for each product through requirements gathering sessions, and translating into full business requirements and technical specification. -Ownership of Jira and Confluence, managing epic and issue tracking across all projects alongside the project management team. Progressed from graduate to mid-level consultant during my employment, where my primary delivery focus was Office 365 cloud and on-premise solutions. Responsible as the consultancy lead for multiple medium-high software build and configuration projects, as well as account management for selected clients. -Provided requirements gathering, software configuration, change management and consultancy oversight for business applications, intranet builds and platform migrations.-Responsible for the creation of technical documentation including functional specifications, technical design documents, software release documentation, test scripts and training materials. Assisted in creation of tender and RFP responses. -Worked for clients including but not limited to; Barclays, The Body Shop, Burberry, Centrica (British Gas), EMVO, UCA (University for the Creative Arts), Vodafone.

Initially joined Practical Vision as part of the Data Research Administration team, providing insight and analytics to leading law-firms in the UK. Role expanded to incorporate work launching new products and services, including delivery of a new external HR service for a top regional law firm, and the introduction of a new division of the business, The Move Exchange. -Analyzed and reported on data relating to secure financial transactions for law firms and conveyancers. -Responsible for managing accounts and client relationships, acted as the first line of support for service issue resolution. -Gathered requirements based on user research and workshop sessions, interpreting business as-is and to-be requirements and delivering to key stakeholders. -Part of the initial team to launch The Move Exchange, working in close contact with top regional law firms to offset work and handle cases using automated software.

Contracted test analyst and project manager working on numerous projects dealing with on and offshore development teams and assisting the out of hours team. Worked intermittently during university and following completion of my undergraduate degree.-Responsible for testing front-end and validating the back end applications in a client server environment. -Development of developing Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Scripts-Performed functional, integration, E2E and regression testing.-Tested the application for functionality and documented all cases using test management software (Jira/Confluence).-Oversaw and managed other test analysts output and assisted with training.

As part of a large team of writers my main responsibilities were to provide high quality articles and publications for the website http://www.gfinity.net. I have worked on both feature-based and news articles, working to strict deadlines in order to produce both informative and creative content for the readership. I also progressed through to editorial functionality, monitoring progress and quality of other writer's work, as well as developing skills working as part of the social media team. I was selected to provide press coverage, social media and live journalism as part of some of Gfinity's events calendar, including events held at London's Olympic Park Copper Box and other large arenas.

I was elected as part of the British Community for the 2014/2015 season which involved the planning and organisation of national events for over 1,000 players and 40+ teams. This has included location based searching, event organisation, fixture scheduling, disciplinary hearings, budget allocation, press releases, social media management and dispute resolution. I successfully helped to run these events, resulting in an extremely successful year for British University Handball, with a team of individuals selected to go and compete at an international tournament in the Netherlands. Events were held nationwide, promoting involvement within the sport as well as elite quality of matchplay and event organisation.
