Experienced Facilities & Hospitality Manager with the ability work collaboratively with clients to develop relationships, and opportunities through added value. Having spent the majority of the last 5 years in facilities management with direct reports for soft services and managing outsourced Hard FM. Prior to this I have been in Hospitality Operation Management and contract management. Starting from a craft base in Food and Hospitality I moved onto contract and Operational Management having success in managing targets and margins as well as developing and retaining contracts through understanding the client s needs. Key to my success has always focused on working as a team player but also being able to lead, using my people skills to develop and manage the team members and work collaboratively with peers, clients and customers to deliver the best possible cost-effective solutions. Ensuring that I have kept up to date on industry development and trends through attending workshops and watching High Street trends (within catering) to bring them into the business’s I have operated within.Moving into Facilities Management in 2014 through an opportunity at a contract I had managed as Operations and Catering Manager with Hospitality it gave me a fantastic opportunity to develop in an area I had always wanted to and was a very rewarding experience. Not only having direct report management for full soft services, managing outsourced hard service within a multi-tenanted building. As well as the on-site experience of gaining knowledge I spent valuable peers to develop my FM knowledge base along with attending training workshops and seminars to broaden my understanding month with peers at monthly divisional meeting and training workshops both in house and exhibitions to broaden. I have a strong financial acumen and have always delivered on budget, with an eye for detail and service development. Excellent communication collaboration skills through listening and understanding. Always looking at innovative ways to deliver the service in a way that would add value to the clients.
