  Oversaw and led a group of individuals each shift in order to keep the business running smoothly and efficiently. Such responsibilities are as follows:- Responsible for managing customer complaints and finding solutions to said complaints. - Responsible keeping track of inventory and gauging amount of italian ice needed each shift.- Responsible for basic financial activities such as counting the bank, counting deposit, making sure change is allocated effectively to each register, etc. - Overall, responsible for setting my team members up for success and making sure a welcoming and organized environment is established.
