Moving forward with artificial turfIn August 2023, after 35 years in the artificial turf industry, I took the decision to move away from working exclusively for one company, to channel my efforts into companies and areas of the market where I feel I can make a difference.Working with my daughter, Bessie Lee-Mutter, herself an experienced marketeer in this industry, we began to progress the BLC Sports concept into the UK market.BLC Sports has two distinct points of focus: Firstly, it is the vehicle through which we offer business strategy, sales, marketing, technical, and innovation support to companies in the growing world of artificial turf. Our range of contacts amongst pitch contractors and installers, suppliers of pads and infills, allows us unique possibilities.Secondly, BLC Sports offers advice to clubs, schools, universities and commercial bodies with regard to their playing surface and sports performance system; for both new build pitches and existing facilities, ready for a replacement surface.
