My practice focus is civil litigation with a concentration in representing creditors in bankruptcy, representing commercial and residential developers, property owners and landlords in all types of disputes and representing local and regional banks in all matters including foreclosures and workouts. I currently serve as a Board Member of the USA Bobsled and Skeleton Foundation. I bring strong audit and board governance skills to the boardroom. I am actively working to expand my board portfolio and am open to positions in the US, ideally serving publicly traded or large private corporations.
