Internal Sales/ Production ManagementKey Responsibilities• Quoting, stock control, purchase order management, customer relationship management.• Reporting and reconciliations (sales, consumables, production figures). • Processing of client orders from receipt of order to delivery of final product.• Managing the account of CMYKHub Queensland’s largest client.Achievements• Implementing standard procedures throughout the process from receipt of orders right through the manufacturing process, resulting in extremely low incidence of reprint and manufacturing errors.• Building successful relationships with external and internal clients as well as sub-contractors and suppliers.
