Review, approve, return, and close practicum applications using Meditrek and Castlebranch to ensure RN students meet requirements including licensure, insurance, practicum forms, background and drug tests, and other onboarding requirements. Provide customer service and respond to students regarding onboarding processes using Salesforce and coordinate communications with colleagues.

Report directly to both the CEO and the Owner. Write copy for hiring purposes and review applicants. Build and code Excel and Google documents for company-wide use, primarily to enable instantly viewable and automatically sorted information for employees. Write technical user guides referring to said Excel documents. Manage system upgrades and instruct managers and coworkers on new capabilities. Input and acknowledge data and orders. Provide customer service, via email and phone. Schedule deliveries and coordinate with employees offsite. File and organize orders, acknowledgements, and bills.

Act in multiple capacities to assist during an employee’s extended maternity leave, including but not limited to updating the filing system for over 3,000 patient files, customer service, scheduling appointments, processing insurance, taking payments, updating patient files, and bookkeeping via Excel.

Responsible for engaging and providing exceptional customer service and building ongoing customer relationships.

Contributed to and led teams in all aspects, including working sound and light boards, designing and building sets, as well as working backstage before, during, and after shows and rehearsals.
