I'm the CEO, Co-Founder and Head of Production at Brass Lion Entertainment, a diverse, inclusive entertainment company focused on building universes for games, TV, film, and other media. Our first project, currently in production, is an unannounced action-RPG videogame title for consoles and PC - and we are hiring!I’ve been managing creative and technical teams for the past 20+ years, and I've been lucky enough to work with some of the best talent and companies in the business.Previously I was a Partner and CEO at The 15th, a world-class creative and strategic agency focused on delivering compelling solutions for both emerging and highly respected brands (MetLife, Credit Suisse). The 15th specialized in content and video production, brand creation and campaigns, visual and experience design. Prior to co-founding The 15th, I was the Director of Production at Infusion, working on behalf of the digital agency to oversee the creation of engaging interactive experiences. I headed up the global Design Studio and managed teams executing on creative projects - ranging from websites and mobile applications to interactive retail installations. I worked directly with top tier clients to help them realize their vision for all content production and live experiences, and I actively grew the business by working with the accounts team to help our clients (Samsung, MetLife, L'Oreal) capitalize on opportunities.Prior to Infusion, I co-founded mobile gaming studio Nine Tail Studios, and was the Director of Production and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, I was a Producer at Smoking Gun Interactive (Microsoft's Kinect Adventures), a Project Manager for United Front Games (Sleeping Dogs), a Senior Producer for iPhone developer Genius Factor Games, and a Producer at High Moon Studios, an Activision studio (The Bourne Conspiracy). Early in my career I worked at Electronic Arts, working on large franchises such as NHL, FIFA, Need for Speed and Def Jam Vendetta.I've worked on teams large and small, licensed products and new IP, on a wide range of platforms and technologies, and across multiple industries. I'm experienced with traditional project management and Agile development, operations and business development. I love a challenge, and most importantly: I love what I do.
