As a Supervisor my achievements included:• Leading a two-week training program for new teachers and supervising and evaluating the performance of 25 teachers.• Contributing to the formation of course programs for summer classes and screening and interviewing new teachers.

Previous to my Supervisor role I taught grammar, vocabulary, conversation, and TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) preparation classes to students with a range of skill and from different age levels.
