In this role--Created a PLC program from engineering drawing and lift table data for new cam design- Created documentation for step by step instructions so this program could be recreated or altered for new designs-Created/updated numerous Lock-out Tag-out for area-Worked with safety department to find solutions to ergonomic problems some of which involved the use of AutoCad and correspondence with other companies-For one particular solution I drew up dimensions for a safety mat, chose the best fitted material, and assisted in the instillation. I was there for every step of the process and was thanked by the operators for the effort-In working with safety department received training in Job safety risk analysis (JSRA) and ergonomic job measurement system (EJMS)-Complied and created presentations for scrap and throughput data -Presented said scrap and throughput data to Area manager, supervisor, and fellow engineers on weekly basis

In this role- Helped fellow students in wide variety of classes from lower level calculus and physics to higher level classes such as heat transfer and analytical methods in engineering - Assisted in CREO part creation, engineering drawings, and assemblies- Help to create better note taking and study habits
