Principal at Behold Ventures. Behold are an early stage investor in European gaming companies. My role is managing the pipeline of incoming cases as well as making decisions on investments along with the Behold team.

Also leading privacy and compliance for the studio for the first 2 years in my role. From June 2023 leading the research and insights functions for Noid and Nördlight (along with the same for Toca Boca), two Stockholm based studios under SpinMaster.

Global Group Manager for Tele2's data infrastructure.Data Lake / Data Warehouse / Ingestion Platform / Agile Transformation / Cloud TransformationLead a team of 70+ in building a sustainable infrastructure for the future. Completely revamped the way of working using new technologies, team structures, cloud and processes. Initiated and lead a journey of change, moving from on premise data warehouse and data lake to a cloud based data hub on Snowflake making changes at every step in the data pipeline as well as how we worked as a team and prioritised.

Data and Analytics Manager at Mojang. Worked on Minecraft and other projects from the studio. Dashboard, reporting and technical architecture work using tools that included AWS, Redshift, Azure, Hadoop and Tableau. Also managing GDPR and compliance for the studio. Strong co-operation with Microsoft on various projects through a journey of logging no data to world class logging and insights.

Consultancy project: Schibsted.BI requirement analyst and architect for Schibsted Growth. Schibsted Growth are a collection of websites owned by Schibsted that include Let's Deal, Prisjakt, Lendo, MittBolån, Mötesplatsen, Hitta, Compricer and Servicefinder among others. Major focus on building and architecting a BI solution for Let's Deal from requirement analysis up until delivery.

Started up a Data Warehouse and Analytics initiative at Paradox. Handled the whole data warehouse/BI lifecycle both as a manager and as a lead developer/architect. I also lead a team focused on Online Services for all Paradox games as well as building up a competent and sustainable BI team for the future.

Overseeing all DICE studio as well as Battlefield franchise analytics. Included Dashboards, game analytics, data mining, executive data, player behavior as well as the whole infrastructure of logging, storing and accessing the data. Both a technical lead as well as day to day management of the DICE analytics team and a producer for the Visceral team in San Francisco.

Overseeing and leading the BI, Data warehousing and Data Analysis initiative on Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4. Designed a logging structure, built a data warehouse, did ETL, programming as well as data analysis. Focus on player behaviour telemetry as well as executive KPI's and dashboards plus the back-end programming and architecture.

The whole BI lifecycle for CCP. Started the whole data warehouse/analytics initiative at CCP including the modelling, design, ETL and reporting. Focused on availability of data by using OLAP cubes and the SQL Server 2008 analytics suite. The data I worked most with was player behavior telemetry, economic data, anti-cheating data and customer support data.

Project planning and management of a high-level dashboarding KPI solution for the banks senior executives. Included software architecture work as well as planning of outsourcing work.
