Oversee 50 leases across 6 buildings for students and married couples, including maintenance, renovations, budgets, P&L, invoicing, contracts and leasing, damages and delinquency. Train new employees on best practices for property maintenance, creating a positive environment for residents, and up-keeping Geary Properties’ good reputation. Perform minor home and plumbing repairs or maintenance, and liaison with contractors for larger renovations and construction projects. Use Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and custom software to assist in management and record-keeping. Report in detail to Geary Properties partners about property operations.

Work closely with international programs and global business teams to build international connections and provide meaningful services for Utah businesses seeking to expand outside of the country, or international businesses wishing to increase their reach to Utah.
