- responsible for customer onboarding and offboarding- triaged customer questions via Slack and email communications- met with customers at a regular cadence to discuss recruiting strategy, channel optimization, and maintaining a pipeline- educated users on Dover's SaaS product, and various Product Integrations (Slack, Nylas, and two-way Applicant Tracking Systems integrations) ensuring customers were receiving the maximum benefit from the Dover platform- worked cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and a team of Recruitment Coordinators to ensure a seamless candidate lifecycle and ideal customer experienceTools: Django, Front, Shortcut, Slack, Calendly, GSuite, Notion, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Mode, and Dover’s UI
