Summary:I'm a dedicated student at Binghamton University majoring in Economics with a potential minor in Spanish. I have multiple years of experience working in different roles in various industries. I've accrued significant customer service expertise in my three years as a Dunkin Crew Worker. Additionally, my role as a Lifeguard has equipped me with a diverse set of skills, encompassing both hard and soft skills. Specifically, my hard skills include First Aid/CPR certification, while my soft skills involve adeptly handling various scenarios safely and efficiently, including situations requiring rule enforcement. In those roles I've learned how to work on a team professionally, helped care for injured patrons, enforce rules, and deescalate tense situations.Outside of the classroom, I actively engage in my community. I served as the captain of my high school's varsity field hockey team, fostering leadership and teamwork skills. At Binghamton University, I am now a member of the Club Field Hockey Team. Additionally, I've taken on roles as both secretary and treasurer of the Evolution Club. I also was elected as the Vice President of Finance for Cascade College Council. In these positions, I collaborate with other clubs and organizations to advance our shared goal of making science more accessible to our community; additionally, I manage the funding and budgeting of my building’s council, making events that bring us closer as a community.
