Over the past three years, I have dedicated myself to playing golf full-time on the Epson Tour, with three appearances on the LPGA. Throughout this journey, I have chronicled my experiences on my website, combining my three passions: golf, writing, and inspiration. My blog serves as an authentic record of my highs, lows, and everything in between, drawing lessons from my time on the golf course and applying them to various aspects of life.During my second year as a professional, I encountered a setback in the form of an injury. Despite attempting to play through it using various treatments, I ultimately reached a point in May 2023 where I had no choice but to take a pause and prioritize rest.Now I use my skills in storytelling, social media and content creation to help brands with their digital media presence. Above all else, I’m grateful to be surrounded by such a loving family. I’m the youngest of four children and wife to Trevor Collins. In my free time, I love spending time with my family. The best memories are in the mundane. When I’m home, I love cooking healthy food, reading, enjoying long walks through the neighborhood, early morning workouts, and playing pickle ball or tennis on a Sunday evening. Folds Of Honor Military Tribute Program Representative
As the women's golf representative on the Student-Athlete Advisory Council, I was actively involved in initiatives to give back to the community and support those in need. During one meeting, however, I realized there was a gap in our outreach efforts: no opportunities existed for student-athletes to give back to our soldiers and veterans. Patriotism has always been significant to me, especially with my grandfather's service in the Navy. Motivated by this, I reached out to Folds of Honor to find a way to use our platform to support our nation’s heroes. In 2018, I established the Military Tribute Program for UNC Women's Golf. Each year, one bag was rotated among team members, bearing not our names but the name of the veteran we were honoring. Through this initiative, we raised awareness for the Folds of Honor Foundation and funds to support their mission.
