Compass Group North America, Eurest’s parent company, is the leader in foodservice management and support services. I assisted companies such as Amazon, Boeing, Microsoft and Intel with their hiring needs. I found the best culinary talent while building relationships with Hiring Managers.

I recruited top talent for our Restaurants and worked closely with our awesome HR team. RUI operated 19 different restaurant brands in 41 locations throughout the U.S. from 1969-2019. Unique concepts included Portland City Grill, Palisade, Cutters Crabhouse, and Skates on the Bay. Multi-unit brands included Kincaid's, Palomino, Henry's Tavern, Portland Seafood Company and Stanford's. Our restaurants are located in 9 states, including Alaska.

I was responsible for partnering with the HR team and operational leaders to define and drive recruitment strategies to meet current and future business needs at all of our hotels.

I handled the full life cycle of spa recruiting for all 9 of our spas. I post all my open positions, source, interview and hire all my own candidates. I staff for makeup artists, Nail technicians, estheticians and massage therapists. My goal is ensure the hiring process enjoyable for everyone involved!

Accounting Principals is a finance and accounting staffing company. I worked closely with candidates to understand their needs and applied my industry expertise to make matches for clients that drove business results. I primarily focused on sourcing and was conducting 15 interviews a week.

I built relationships with my customers by learning about their financial needs. I assisted them with all their banking questions by completing needs assessments. I opened checking and savings accounts, loans, lines, credit cards and more.

As an Assistant Manager at Nordstrom I was teaching and coaching my employees daily. Striving daily to beat last years results. Merchandised the floor daily to display the new product. Rewards Leader; implementing contests to get the team excited and encourage them to sell the debit and credit cards.

I created lasting relationships with customers by constantly keeping in contact and following up with them. I was consistently one of the top sellers and rewards relationship builders in my department.
