Raised $100K+ to build and run a boutique professional recording studio in Toronto, serving the community, emerging artists, and music moguls such as Eddie Kramer, Kiefer Sutherland, Alan Cross, & Jim Cuddy. Position included being an Airbnb Superhost for 5+ years, accommodating musical studio guests in an adjoining building. Other duties: studio construction, hiring, booking clients, managing sessions, mixing, co-writing, promoting, marketing, hosting, bookkeeping, troubleshooting, session work, producing, equipment acquisition, sales, networking, website design, and beyond. This position involved a 360 degree immersion into music production, curation, and promotion across a wide span of genres, as well as customer service and management on a vast number of levels.

Built and maintained client load of 25+ weekly clients, training each 1-4 times a week. Assessed body composition, movement patterns, muscle imbalances, aerobic and anaerobic fitness and designed individualized programs based on results. Reached 30+ training hours per week within first 3 months. Sold packages from $999 to over $8000 per training agreement (1 full year, 3x/week). Successfully helped client’s achieve fitness goals. Worked under the supervision of Fitness Manager and alongside a team of other dedicated trainers. Set weekly and monthly financial goals and performed successful prospecting and other forms of promotions to secure clients. Monthly client reassessments and reviews to ensure client adherence, progress and enjoyment.
