As a current IT Service Desk Analyst at APPLIED Adhesives, I work closely with a talented team to provide comprehensive IT support and solutions to a diverse range of internal clients. In this role, I leverage my expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure, Entra, Microsoft 365, and various other Microsoft services to ensure seamless deployment and management of applications and updates across our fleet of Dell Latitude devices. My responsibilities extend to managing user requests through Freshworks FreshDesk, where I troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues to maintain high levels of service delivery.I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology - Cybersecurity from American InterContinental University, graduating summa cum laude. Throughout my academic journey, I have been recognized as a member of the International Honor Society for Professions in Technology, Epsilon Pi Tau. My education is complemented by certifications in digital investigations, TestOut Security Pro, and Microsoft essential training, which have sharpened my technical, analytical, and project management skills.My background also includes 12 years of distinguished military service as a law enforcement officer in the US Navy, where I developed a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles, risk management, and team leadership.
