I'm a mental health and wellbeing specialist, with an academic background in Counselling, in addition to coaching and motivational interviewing in the public sector. I am the Mental Health Engagement Lead for Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Shropshire and Telford at Kooth.I am a poet, and so far my work has been commissioned to celebrate birthdays, and mark PMD Awareness Month in April 2022. I've been published as Poet of the Month for December 2022 by Very Rascals, and taken part in Apples and Snakes Poetry Development course March to April 2023, and am participating again April-May 2024.
