Responsible for routine distribution of recruited candidates via an inhouse software package to all Sanford Rose Associates franchises. Responsible for some telephone technical support on this inhouse custom recruiting / candidate database application which was written in Clipper against a DBase III database.Became Data Entry Supervisor for all Opportunity Center candidates in mid 1990. Supervised 3 full time data entry resources. Coded up to 300 resumes per day. Assisted in carrying out the advance setup process for each of the Opportunity Centers that were carried out through the country.Performed user technical support and training for all computer and printing and telephone equipment in the building.Assisted in training Recruiters in understanding technologies and writing resumes. Learned how to effectively recruit.Performed all of this while studying full time at The University of Akron.

Refined the process to analyze sanitary sewer surcharge (fancy name for overflow :) ). We correlated the sewer flow data with rain fall data. I wrote an analysis application in DBase V to house the data and report on the data for the Engineers and used Quattro Pro to plot special graphs as needed.
