Responsible for routine distribution of recruited candidates via an inhouse software package to all Sanford Rose Associates franchises. Supervised 3 full time data entry resources. Coded up to 300 resumes per day. Learned how to effectively recruit.Performed all of this while studying full time at The University of Akron.

Refined the process to analyze sanitary sewer surcharge (fancy name for overflow :) ). We correlated the sewer flow data with rain fall data. I wrote an analysis application in DBase V to house the data and report on the data for the Engineers and used Quattro Pro to plot special graphs as needed.
