To support the running of the Hawk Synthetic Training Facility at RAF Valley and Co-Ordinate Hawk Availability and Mandatory Training for all Hawk UK BAE Systems Employees.•Management of operational Data •Meeting Reporting Requirements •Co-Ordination of the HAWK UK Support Strategic Training plan•Liaise with area Training Co-Ordinator’s ensuring they have the required Training strategy and information to maintain currency within their teams•Plan and present monthly Training Co-Ordinator’s meeting •Assist with the Hawk Synthetic Training Facility financial monitoring•Assist with the HSTF SHE & Quality Activity’s •Maintain HSTF Stats Database and produce Billing according to Stats • Maintain documentation as per BAE Systems policy and procedures•Front of house management

Raf Valley

Providing support to the Hawk Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation.Maintaining quality standards, Health and Safety and Environmental standards.Developing and maintaining CAw framework, supporting the Hawk CAMO in the annual review of all CAw data, arranging and participating in CAMO meetings, minute taking, managing CAMO infrastructure, arranging CAMO on/off station visits, arranging CAMO team calendars, ensuring mandatory training is completed and current and general Administrative tasks.

Valley

Providing support to the Hawk TMk2 Contract Management and Engineers. Duties included ensuring the Health, Safety and Welfare of employees, supporting management in the continuous improvement of work processes, ensuring all Risk and COSHH assessments were current and available, creating and registering all Locally produced forms, producing daily and monthly statistics, monitoring and up keeping leave and sickness records, archiving and up keep of vital engineering documentation files, the transfer and upkeep of computer databases, customer relations point of contact and all other required administration tasks.

Raf Valley

To ensure all Hawk TMk1 Aircraft Documentation is current, up to date and correct ensuring the Airworthiness of the Aircraft.Duties included Processing engineering job cards, forecasting aircraft component servicing and end of life dates, forecasting aircraft servicing dates, compiling aircraft servicing packs for the engineers, updating and upkeep of component log cards, compiling short forecasts which give guidance on component due dates and servicing due dates and all other general administrative tasks as required.I also trained in Aircraft Statistics and covered this area during busy periods and leave/sickness absence.
