Working within the production department producing both live action and clip based promos

- Pitching, overseeing research and treatment writing;- Budgeting, managing and reconciling all jobs;- Liaising directly with agency producers and creatives, and clients where appropriate;- Building solid, friendly relationships with both agency and client personnel to ensure smooth running of the project;- Management of production teams;- Working closely with directors to get the most out of shoots whilst protecting the mark up (and super profit);- Summarising and writing casting/wardrobe/location/art dept briefs as directed;- Running stills shoots;- Producing all aspects of post production up to delivery;- Working closely with suppliers and contractors to obtain the best deal;- Stop-frame animation; working closely with the directors and creatives on story, character development and model creation;- Instigating a seamless workflow for stop-frame animation from stills camera through post production, TK, and onto client delivery to maximise on time saving.

- Managing 2D TV commercials, long running CG TV campaigns, premium microsites and banner campaigns;- Developing close professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business;- Budgeting, managing and reconciling all projects to ensure a profitable outcome;- Managing creatives, 2D and 3D operators, designers, developers, freelancers and all subcontractors;- Maintaining a good understanding of all relevant soft/hardware – Flame, Smoke, Nuke, Maya, Flash, ScheduAll, CETA;- Liaising with and advising directors/production companies on the most efficient time and cost effective way to shoot for post production requirements.
