Bryony is the Managing Director of Something Familiar, a creative agency based in Bristol. With nearly 20 years of experience in design, she has transitioned from a designer to a strategic leader. Her purpose is "to light the way for change," empowering individuals to embrace their potential and drive positive transformation.Having moved from London to the South West, Bryony, alongside her co-founders Rich and Oli, built Something Familiar into a B Corp-certified agency that embodies the belief in business as a force for good. As co-chair of the local B Local chapter, she actively promotes these values within the community.
