• Liaise with customers to book excursions, answer queries, and amend holiday arrangements. • Provide advice for customers on best places to visit and build itineraries based on their requirements.• Assign tasks to team members and check and review work.• Secure discounts and deals with suppliers in order to obtain best margins on each tour.• Liaise with suppliers regarding post-travel feedback.

• Staff training in areas such as local government, immigration, health, welfare & benefits (& everything in between!)• Attend surgeries & other meetings to assist the Member in dealing with constituents’ issues in a sensitive & confidential manner.• Attend events & public speaking on behalf of the Member.• Deal with daily queries from members of the public by phone or in person, taking the appropriate initial action to resolve, document or escalate their concerns or enquiries.• Manage own caseload & monitor those of caseworkers, ensuring all cases are logged updated with any actions taken & outstanding queries are followed up. • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant guidelines/legislation as appropriate in dealing with casework. • Analyse patterns of enquiries & produce reports & press releases.
