I work in a range of roles as part of a small team. My responsibilities include booking and selling tickets, serving refreshments and showing customers to their seats. I also recently performed an overhaul of the membership system using a combination of Excel and Word Mail Merge; the new system is much more efficient and cost and time effective. It is now my responsibility to input new members and membership renewals and to post out the membership packs. I also deal with any membership problems and payment issues.I have a large role in the front of house management; I am involved in advertising and promoting specific films, I take an active role in organising stock levels and ordering new stock and I always take it upon myself to make sure all the tasks set get done and that we take on any other jobs if they need doing e.g. topping up the sweets, creating new membership forms, rotating the posters.
