My responsibilities include the same as eLearning coordinator, plus:- Creating eLearning modules, based on storyboards. - Creating/editing videos, including animation and closed captions.- Developing handouts and other course materials, based on storyboards.Achievements:- I have created 20+ online courses, webinars and apps, which were all well-received by the learners and clients. - I have developed the look and feel of 10 different courses, webinars and apps, based on the client’s branding guidelines. All were well received by the clients.- To make the courses more easily accessible, I’ve helped remove barriers by ensuring the modules are WCAG 2.1 compliant. - I assisted in developing a new Diabetes Qualified website, in more streamlined processes and a better user experience.

Achievements/projects:- Have developed and updated 8 eLearning courses and webinars, with several more in progress- Nominated for a secondment position to work on the NDSS National Helpline Project, contributing my knowledge and experience to build the new National Helpline based in Melbourne.- Implemented new Articulate Storyline 360 software and recreated all old content in the new format.- Ensured aXcelerate, CRM, LMS and website were more stable and working correctly together.- CRM “Super User” and provided training and support to other team members when using the new CRM system.- Created new interface and new interactions for a brand-new course – “Practical Diabetes for Aged Care Workers”.- Created style guide for eLearning coursesMain responsibilities: - Create and manipulate graphics for eLearning modules, webinars, marketing materials, learning resources, websites and the Learning Management System (LMS)- Create web pages for our online courses- Create and upgrade interactive eLearning modules based on storyboards using Storyline 360- Manipulate audio and video for webinars and eLearning modules- Create multimedia presentations based on basic information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) - Work closely with internal and external network specialists regarding web-related issues, ensuring users don’t have issues accessing the courses or making payments, for example- Maintain and support the LMS, Wordpress and aXcelerate and provide end user support via telephone Helpdesk and email- Set up and maintain records, and process payments through the CRM system
