I'm currently a junior at Tennessee Tech University pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering. I've been an intern at LDA Engineering where I had the opportunity to learn about sidewalk projects and the business it takes to complete projects with the city, specifically how important communication is and building relationships. I also just finished a summer internship with Croy Engineering where I had the honor to learn how to use various tools (ex. Excel, Word, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, along with understanding bids) and improve my professional communication skills. Both of these internships have turned out to be a blessing for me personally and professionally, and I have learned skills that will carry with me throughout my professional career.Besides work, I am heavily involved within my Fraternity, Kappa Sigma, where I currently serve as Grand Scribe and have served other chairs, such as chaplain and house manager. I am also currently on IFC and serve as VP of Recruitment and get the opportunity to work with various fraternities and FSL organizations.
