Prototyped fixtures using heavy machinery (mill, lathe, drill press) and Formlabs 2 3D printer. Produced drawings for fixtures and disc assembly using GD&T to produce CNC parts with tolerance analysis. Communicated with vendors to finalize materials and process for pressure membrane disc assembly.

On top of assisting the chief estimator and project engineers, I organized bid sheets, estimate sheets, and communicated with sub-contractors to manage multiple projects. Began basics for primavera, submittals, and took take-offs from plans that used mechanical, electrical and civil work. I was able to work on site and see how the management sides of projects are integrated into running projects efficiently and timely.
