Direct and manage team of 60+ individuals, including development of multiple individuals into current roles as management and leadership. Direct center leadership team through meetings and conferences to set and accomplish goals, utilizing Tier processes to escalate and accomplish tasks determined by Root Cause Analysis. Consistently work to assist Center Manager in all tasks, including development of management team and leadership team within the center. Maintain all qualifications to perform operations within Plasma Center as well as train and qualify other individuals for operations. Lead out meetings delegated by Center Manager and act in his stead while on leave. Communicate to HR regarding employee status of employment. Ensure that all center documents and processes are followed, as well as implement new processes focused on cleanliness and sterility following the start of a Global Pandemic. Effectively communicate to all individuals, donors, staff, and leadership team, as well as managers and external inspectors

Performed duties of Center Supervisor including: Mentoring of individuals around me, assisting the other center managers in their duties, innovating and implementing a new warehouse schematic as lead of a team of employees, counseling with and speaking to donors to resolve concerns, and maintaining technical training in all center areas.

Perform all Phlebotomy tasks, interact with donors, carry out SOP per company guidelines. Support Center Management in all tasks. Train phlebotomists to perform job duties.
