I have spent the last decade of my life in contact centers of all kinds inbound, outbound, collection, etc. In those 10 years if I have learned anything its that good customer service can change someone's day, week, or year and that's what I strive for, to make a positive change with every person I work with. Over that decade I have gained experience in Training, Quality Assurance, and most recently Workforce Management. I use all of that knowledge to help lead and guide my peers to success and excellence. I am highly motivated and thrive in high pace ever changing environments where there is always something new to learn and sink my teeth into.
