After three months with the company, was asked to coach the new trainees classes. Analyze new accounts to ensure they comply with current policy and laws. Be readily available for 20 to 30 new trainees when they require assistance. Monitor and score trainee calls to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with policy and procedures.
