It seems like yesterday was high-school orientation, now I'm already halfway through college. With that, I've developed memories and experiences that have defined who I am as a person. I, Bryson Bello, am a Direct Admit student at The Kelley School of Business, studying Finance and Real Estate with a co-major in Law, Ethics, and Decision Making (LEAD). I’m from Adlai E Stevenson High school in Illinois, where I graduated with high honors, Soccer Capitan, and a member of NHS. I plan to graduate from IU in the class of 2026. In the past, I’ve demonstrated that I'm an adaptable team member by conforming to the circumstances my coworkers needed me to follow so that we could all see success, even if it meant I was put in an uncomfortable situationFurthermore, I’ve displayed the ability to be an empathic leader, so my group could see success together, which ultimately led to praise and recognition by higher-ups.I’ve portrayed the ability to be an efficient problem solver as I took initiative and saw successful results that haven't been seen in a long time.I plan to take these skills that I learned throughout my academic career to further pursue a career in Finance and Real Estate.
