As a Finance and Economics student at Utah State University's Huntsman School of Business, I am determined to create a positive, lasting impact in the professional world. I utilize my analytical skills and passion for learning to drive data-informed decisions, all while championing people-centric leadership.Most recently, I worked as a People Analytics Intern at Weave, where I applied my data problem-solving abilities to find innovative ways to enhance the company's success in its HR space. I utilized various tools to perform analysis and create detailed reports for the company executives I was presenting my findings to. Some of my core values are dedication, reliability, hard work, humility, and positivity. I strive to excel in everything I do and be a key contributor to the success of the teams and organizations I work with. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are what enable me to build powerful rapport and trust with others. My experience with Excel, SQL, and Power BI enables me to unlock powerful insights for the companies I work for. I plan to attend graduate school to earn an MHR degree and pursue a career in compensation and benefits management. I firmly believe in looking for the strengths of others and strive to help them achieve their potential. My life goal is to bring more good to the world and leave everyone better than I found them!
