District Success Account Manager
Current• Develop a comprehensive understanding of CommonLit's instructional library, assessments, 360 curriculum, and digital tools• Build strong relationships with administrators in CommonLit's partner schools and districts• Effectively onboard, train, and support partner schools and districts• Proactively monitor usage, adoption, satisfaction, and overall customer health• Creatively and strategically manage partners at risk of churn and identify opportunities to extend and deepen contracts with districts• Troubleshoot customer roadblocks or challenges throughout the school year in order to ensure that CommonLit's resources are effectively implemented• Renew a high proportion of accounts managed• Effectively learn to utilize software tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, GSuite, etc. that are commonly used throughout the organization• Closely collaborate with the Sales, User Support, and Marketing teams at CommonLit
