• Implemented the largest poll observer program in Nevada history – included creating dozens of polling location maps, scheduling over 2,500 in-person volunteer shifts, and co-managing the Clark County boiler room during Early Vote and Election Day• Recruited and trained over 500 volunteers (largely out-of-state attorneys) to serve as in-person poll observers• Researched county-specific voting and ballot processing procedures for voter education and post-election planning• Led a ballot signature curing program with nearly 1,000 trained volunteers who made tens of thousands of ballot cure calls
