I am a dynamic and creative lifelong student of the special events industry, strategic technical event planning, lean business operations, customer experiential marketing, and business development with a focus on the corporate side of the special events industry including meetings, conference events and entertainment. My education is in business with a focus on marketing and I have had the opportunity in my current position to exercise this knowledge through a customer-centric marketing strategy and the implementation of a total marketing platform. This experience has provided me with an understanding of the value of the customer and led to what I consider an obsession with the customer. I also have a cross-functional background in lean operations management and have a green belt in six sigma. While my obsession is always the customer, I believe every department has the responsibility to operate as efficiently as possible and I leverage training in agility and quality control to bring this to marketing, sales, and project management.
