As Executive Director of the Bio Science Alliance (www.biosciencealliance.org), I have been involved in leading the organization to growth since 2007; while supporting Brent Reinke, Founder of the BSA. Through this leadership, Bio Science Alliance has become the leading life science resource organization in the 101 Corridor of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Bio Science Alliance events attract life science, pharmaceutical and bio tech companies, city officials, financial, commercial and real estate professionals in order to facilitate and encourage connectivity with the regional life science community, along with career and educational opportunities.

Starting another adventure with Brent Reinke, of 25 years. Opening a new Westlake Village for Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth. Helping to get new office off the ground and working as Executive Assistant with Brent.

Having worked alongside Musick Peeler, Partner, Brent Reinke, in developing business for 24 years; I am now using those skills as Marketing Manager for Musick Peeler, where I've been a legal assistant and business developer for 15 years. I believe that business building is relationship building and staying relevant to your clients means finding solutions for their challenges, using expert skills and personal attention to your clients' needs. If I can't help resolve a problem, I don't mind helping to find someone who can. Listening skills are highly important; care and concern crucial.

As Executive Director of the Gold Coast Business Forum, again working with Brent Reinke, Founder; we were able to provide regional business executives with resource and networking events for 14 years. GCBF events were well attended by business executives and professionals. GCBF's list of attendees were not service providers and were attended exclusively by 80-100+ executives and professionals. GCBF panels, held 4-5 times per year included topics relative to the business community, such as Business Innovation, Successful Financing, Launching Successful New Products/Services, Organic versus Strategic Growth.
